Was It Really Abuse?

I realised this afternoon that a link on this site to a really helpful document by the National Association for People Abused in Childhood, had expired.

I’ve been in touch with NAPAC and updated the link, so that the document is once more accessible from here.

    • Yes, I think so too, Pete. It helped me when I was coming to terms with what had happened to me and persistently questioning whether it was really abuse. I feel strongly that it’s important for society as a whole to understand that abuse can, and does, occur in all walks of life, all situations and in many forms. I think that only by understanding and accepting that can steps be taken to better prevent it. Thanks again for commenting, Pete, always appreciated.
